The Three pillars of my coaching system

We will rep dialogues together and in groups, in both low pressure and high pressure environments. That way, when a client or prospect throws you a curve, you are ready to hit it out of the park. 

You will. From day one in our program, we will be discussing your passive income goals and setting our sights on your first (or next) property. There's really no excuse for a real estate agent not to own income properties, other than being brand new. Can you imagine a stock broker not owning any stocks? Of course not! In theory, we can spot a good investment when we see it. Sometimes these opportunities come from our listing clients! Sometimes they come from shopping for homes with buyers. They may even come from different markets. I personally believe that your first investment should be a property you could live in if you needed to. Maybe even one you could retire in. This strategy served my family very well in the Spring of 2022 when we sold our big house at the top of the market and moved into one of our rentals, 3 blocks down the road. This afforded us a huge financial windfall that advanced my retirement plan by several years. It's nice to have a soft landing spot if the shit hits the fan, or if a lucrative opportunity presents itself.
