Dylan was born to a single mother in Richmond Va. He is a disabled vet who joined the Marines at 18 and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for bravery in combat during Desert Storm. He is a broken neck survivor. He's been a sales leader and top trainer for over 30 years. He's a Christian, father, husband, real estate agent, coach, keynote speaker and motivator. His lifelong goal is to help bring out the best in others.
